Guntersville Animal Hospital
Welcome to Animal Hospital

As your Guntersville veterinary healthcare provider, we believe one of our roles is to educate you in all aspects of veterinary medicine. With numerous advances occurring every day in veterinary medicine, our goal is to provide your pet with the highest quality service using the latest advances in veterinary medicine. You'll find that our staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Annual Exam
At Guntersville Animal Hospital we believe the most important part of your annual visit is the exam our veterinarian will perform on your pet. It's easy to forget that one year for your pet is equivalent to several human years. Dr. Young is trained to feel, listen, and look for things that may go unnoticed by owners. Laboratory tests for internal parasites and heartworms will also be checked. We will advise you on diet, exercise, and lifestyle through all stages of your pet's life.
Puppy and Kitten Visits
As soon as you get your puppy or kitten home, it is important to have a veterinarian evaluate the health of your new family member. (read more)
Mission Statement

At Guntersville Animal Hospital, we believe pets are a special part of God’s creation and that we as God’s people, created in His image, have been placed in dominion over them. As such, we are charged with caring responsibility for each one, and to that end, this hospital staff will strive to provide competent and compassionate medical and surgical care for your companion, as well as kind and courteous service to you.”
